ICC Champions Trophy 2025 Trophy Tour Makes History in India The ICC Men`s Champions Trophy 2025 Trophy Tour concluded its 5-day journey across India, captivating cricket fans with iconic appearances in Mumbai and Bengaluru. In Mumbai, the trophy visited landmarks like the Wankhede Stadium (its 50th-anniversary celebration), Carter Road, and the Gateway of India, drawing thousands of enthusiasts. India captain Rohit Sharma and legends Sachin Tendulkar and Sunil Gavaskar posed with the trophy during its stint. In Bengaluru, the Trophy Carnival at Nexus Shantiniketan Mall featured interactive fan zones, while the trophy appeared at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium and Bengaluru Palace. Cricket fans shared photos and selfies, amplifying the tournament`s hype ahead of its February 19-March 9 schedule in Pakistan and UAE. Pakistan Squad Announced Pakistan revealed its 15-member squad for the tournament, omitting out-of-form opener Imam-ul-Haq despite his domestic success (635 runs in Quaid-e-Azam Trophy). Reacting to his exclusion, Imam tweeted, “Not the outcome I expected… Patience is key!” The squad includes Fakhar Zaman and Babar Azam, with Kamran Ghulam and Tayyab Tahir bolstering the middle order.
