Nigeria Women&039;s Basketball Premier League Final 8 in Lagos

The Nigeria Women's Basketball Premier League is set to culminate in the Final 8 championships, scheduled to take place from October 10 to 15, 2024, at the Indoor Hall of the National Stadium in Surulere, Lagos. The tournament will feature the top teams from the Atlantic and Savannah conferences.

From the Atlantic Conference, First Bank, who led the qualifiers, will be joined by MFM, Dolphins, and Bayelsa Whales. Nigeria Customs, the leaders of the Savannah Conference, will be accompanied by Titans, Royal Aces, and Air Warriors.

The President of the Nigeria Basketball Federation, Engineer Ahmadu Musa Kida, has expressed the federation's readiness to host an exciting and competitive tournament. He also praised Zenith Bank for their significant contributions to the development of basketball in Nigeria, particularly in the area of girl child development and the global achievements of the Nigerian women's national team, D'Tigress.
